The NG Packaging plant features top class Quality Control instruments for monitoring & maintaining quality at every stage - Raw Material, Printing, Lamination, Corrugation, down to the finished product. We have set benchmarks for excellence in printing, labeling, packaging and designing. What is more, in keeping with its policy of transparent enterprising. NG Packaging shares the results of these QC processes with the clients, on specific requisition. Quality is an attitude. The machines, the process, the procedures, all follow this attitude. The movement towards sustainable and environmentally aware print solutions is one that we have fully embraced. As standard we recognise and minimise our impact on the environment in a number of ways.

Our pre-press solution uses non-process computer-to-plate technology (thermal direct imaging) which is the latest in pre-press equipment and removes the need for chemistry. The removal of chemicals from the process saves time, reduces costs - and importantly removes the need for their disposal.

From prepress to postpress, no matter if it's about classic sheetfed offset, digital printing or special applications like UV printing, explore the products and services And alongside our advancements in pre-press technology we continue to support, maintain and invest in a wide range of press options for our clients. Dripp Off Coated Cartons

Drip Off represents an efficient and eye-catching method to achieve matt/gloss effects or matt/structure effects in a single process with just one coating unit.

We Capable of printing up to 6 colours with inline coating on substrates such as paper, paperboard, polypropylene sheets and foilboard. Standard and special coatings such as aqueous, UV, Matte, Cast and cure holographic UV, drip-off / textured (simmering effect), film lamination (Matte and Gloss.

All of which adds up to increased speed, accuracy, reduced costs and environmental gains

Digital Proofing

Accurate proofs are vitally important to the success of any project.

Nothing could be simpler and more significant - ensuring greater accuracy, consistency and speed. Preparing a sample of printed output on a computer printer before the job is printed on a commercial press. See prepress proof and soft proofing. The team has sometimes worked under tough deadines to prepare the products for us which is commendable! It has been a pleasure to work with the extremely creative team which has also not hesisated to give us ideas to even improve on our mock ups.

Shared Environment

With the help of our advanced manufacturing facilities, we offer a wide range of catch covers, delivering long lasting performance at cost effective features. We also produce the most sophisticated and finely designed leaflets under close surveillance of manufacturing technology and superior quality. Labels produced by us give end to end sealing and causing no damage during handling/transport. All our products meet highest quality standards in terms of size, shape, design, and fonts etc as per the client’s requirements.
